- We normally ship via UPS ground service unless otherwise noted. Please allow 2-5 days for processing, production and packing. Normal ground delivery is an additional 1-7 days, depending on your location. All orders originate from our facility in Connecticut.
You may also elect to have your order sent via Next Day Air, 2-Day or 3-Day UPS or FEDEX service. If you need RUSH SERVICE we suggest calling in your orders for faster service. - Privacy & Security
- This new website features the highest level of on-line security. Although, if you prefer to talk directly with one of our staff call Toll Free 1.866.640.6587. You can also fax in your orders with a credit or debit card.
- Returns & Replacements
- All non-customized merchandise can be returned for an exchange, replacement or credit at any time. Just send back the item via UPS or other trackable carrier and enclose instructions for us. We can credit your credit card, issue you a check or place a credit on your account.
Customized items are not returnable for a refund or exchange unless they are defective in manufacturing or their decoration. - Ordering & Payments

Our Customer Service people are ready for your call Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, eastern standard time. You can fax your order in using the downloadable order form. Mail in orders are also welcome if you prefer to use a check for payment.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards, as well as debit cards and checks. However we do not ship with open invoices. - Viewing Orders
